Due to the relatively high viscosity and fluidity of the lubricating oil, in the lubricating oil cooling system, the advantages of the plate-type oil cooler are obviously higher than that of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger. The heat is transferred through metal plates, the thickness of plate is only 0.5mm, so the heat transfer efficiency is 3-5 times that of the shell-and-tube type.

With the auto-control function, when the temperature is high, the cooling water could be automatically turn on, so that the lubricating oil and the cooling water exchange heat in the plate heat exchanger. When the lubricating oil temperature reaches the normal temperature, the cooling water will be automatically shut off.
