Compared with the shell and tube evaporator, the heat transfer coefficient of the plate evaporator is higher, and the minimum temperature difference between the cold and heat medium is smaller. The reduction of the heat exchange area saves the user equipment investment cost. It is one of the ideal equipment for recovering low-temperature waste heat or using low-temperature heat sources.

    2. Less fouling, convenient maintenance, removable and washable

    High-intensity turbulence reduces fouling; easy to clean and easy to disassemble and inspect.

    3. Use different heating media

    According to actual working conditions, the evaporation system can be heated by steam or hot water.

    4. Easy to expand
    If you want to increase or decrease the capacity, you only need to increase or decrease the heat exchange plates on the existing frame.

    However, the capacity of the shell and tube evaporator is fixed and cannot be increased or decreased at will.
