Fully welded plate heat exchanger

The fully welded plate heat exchanger adopts an excellent welding process. Since the heat transfer elements are not sealed with any non-metallic materials, they have high temperature resistance, pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. Its working temperature can reach 500℃, and its working pressure can reach 2.5Mpa. Moreover, it can provide a larger heat transfer area in a compact space, which improves the reliability of the heat exchanger.
    1、 Overview
    The fully welded plate heat exchanger adopts an excellent welding process. Since the heat transfer elements are not sealed with any non-metallic materials, they have high temperature resistance, pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. Its working temperature can reach 500℃, and its working pressure can reach 2.5Mpa. Moreover, it can provide a larger heat transfer area in a compact space, which improves the reliability of the heat exchanger.
    Propellent  fully welded plate heat exchanger has become a convincing product due to its small size, high heat transfer coefficient and relatively small investment cost. In extreme working conditions, each series of products has its own specific advantages and application areas.

    2. Features

    (1) High heat transfer efficiency
    The heat transfer plates of fully welded plate heat exchanger are pressed from special stainless steel. The special corrugated structure design of the plates enables the fluid to produce strong turbulence at low flow rates, thereby increasing the heat transfer performance of the fluid and greatly improving the heat transfer efficiency.
    Under the same conditions, the heat transfer coefficient of generally fully welded plate heat exchangers is more than 1-3 times that of shell-and-tube heat exchangers.
    (2) Low pressure loss
    Under the same heat exchange area, the flow area of the fully welded plate heat exchanger is about 5 times larger than that of the shell-and-tube type.And the pressure loss of the fully welded plate heat exchanger is small.
    (3) Small minimum heat transfer temperature difference 

    The heat transfer element of Propellent fully welded plate heat exchanger is stainless steel sheet.The thickness is generally 0.4~1.2mm, and the minimum heat transfer temperature difference can reach 1-3℃.

    (4) Low dirt thermal resistance

    Fully welded plate heat exchanger have smooth heat transfer surface and high turbulence, which greatly reduces fouling. The thermal resistance of fouling is only 1/4-1/5 of that of shell-and-tube heat exchangers, and the maximum fouling coefficient does not exceed 0.00012m²·h·℃/kcal.
    (5)Compact structure and small footprint
Fully welded plate heat exchanger greatly saves the user's equipment installation space and investment cost.It is easy to put in and use large-scale heat exchangers.


    3. Application areas

   Propellent  fully welded plate heat exchanger is suitable for gas-gas heat exchange, gas-liquid heat exchange and liquid-liquid heat exchange. It is widely used in oil and gas industry, pharmaceutical industry, power plant, metallurgical and chemical industry, automobile, pulp and paper industry and steel industry.
    It is used for flue gas de-whitening, desulfurization and dehumidification, slurry cooling, slurry waste heat recovery, waste heat recovery from sewage, waste heat recovery from slag washing water, waste heat recovery from flue gas and other waste heat resources.
