The process of using MVR evaporator to treat pharmaceutical wastewater:
Pharmaceutical industry wastewater is heated and concentrated by a heater and then flowed into the MVR evaporator through a pump. In evaporator, the pharmaceutical industry wastewater is heated, evaporated and concentrated by steam, and the distilled water is returned to the preheater to preheat the stock solution. The concentrated liquid and steam produced enter the liquid-gas separator, through which the separated steam enters the compressor. The separated concentrate is returned directly to the collection tank, and the concentrate is treated to recover the useful substances contained in it. When the saturated concentrate treated by MVR evaporation meets certain conditions (saturation, viscosity, etc.), the PLC control system will give instructions to the solid-liquid separator, the valve will open automatically, and the concentrate will flow into the mold. Solid is precipitated from saturated concentrated liquid after treatment with crystallizer to realize the separation of solid and liquid
